Rotonda West is a development of individual villas on the Cape Haze peninsula situated half way bewteen Tampa and Naples on the Florida Gulf Coast. It is also close to Sarasota, Fort Myers and Venice. The villas are interspersed with four full size golf courses.
Our fully air conditioned villa, completed only in April 2005, has a large pool and deck area facing due west across a fairway. The villa is fully fitted and furnished to a very high standard and sleeps six in great style and comfort. In addition to air conditioning all rooms enjoy the benefit of ceiling fans. The Great Room opens out onto the pool deck and looks across the golf course. There is a separate sitting room with two recliner chairs for those who may prefer a little peace and quiet. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with stools and opens out onto a dining area with table and six chairs. The pool area also has a table and six chairs, a ceiling fan and lights on the Lanai for those informal dining occasions such as a leisurely breakfast, lunch or dinner.
