- 3 double/twin bedrooms all en-suite
- Master bedroom opens out onto pool deck
- Fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout

- Fully-equipped kitchen with side by side fridge/freezer including ice maker and water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer
- Pool and gardens tended weekly

- Smoke alarms fitted in all rooms
In addition we provide the following for the use of our guests:
- Four mountain bikes (used at guests own risk)
- Two full sets of golf clubs
- Beach towels
- Beach chairs and recliners
- Cooler box and ice packs
- Two sets of bedding, linen and towels for each room
Please note that the villa is a no smoking residence.
Layout
The Great Room opens out onto the pool deck and looks across the golf course. There is a separate sitting room with two recliner chairs for those who may prefer a little peace and quiet.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with stools and opens out onto a dining area with table and six chairs.
The pool area also has a table and six chairs, a ceiling fan and lights on the Lanai for those informal dining occasions such as a leisurely breakfast, lunch or dinner.
